3. Uploaded Files and Project Materials

Files and materials uploaded or supplied for a project may be accessed and used by Cont.tech only as reasonably necessary to assess, manage and produce the requested work, provide support, maintain project records and operate the service.

Project materials may include product photographs, logos, brand guidelines, reference images, copy, videos, creative preferences and other Clien tsupplied assets. Clients should not submit information that is unnecessary for the project.

4. Who May Receive Information

Cont.tech may share information where reasonably necessary with service providers and production resources that support the delivery and operation of our services. These may include:

·        Payment processors and financial service providers.

·        Website, e-commerce, hosting, storage and infrastructure providers.

·        Technology, software and digital production platforms.

·        Specialist production partners, contractors or subcontractors involved in an applicable project.

·        Email, communications, analytics, customer-support and operational service providers.

·        Professional advisers or other parties where reasonably necessary to protect Cont.tech’s business, users or rights, or to respond to a valid requirement.

We do not sell Client project files or personal information as a product.

Depending on the project, necessary project information or assets may be processed using appropriate specialist production partners, software platforms and technology providers. Access should be limited to what is reasonably required for the relevant production or operational purpose.
